Sales & Specification Manager – Southeast

About the Role

This is not just an account management role, it’s a strategic, front-facing position that plays a key part in the growth and visibility of the Vebro brand across the Southeast, with a primary focus on London.

As our Sales & Specification Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the promotion, specification, and marketing of Vebro’s high-performance resin flooring and levelling screed solutions. Your mission is to create demand and generate specifications by engaging with key influencers in the construction industry – including architects, specifiers, developers, contractors, and project managers – across both new-build and refurbishment projects.

You’ll also support and develop our network of approved applicators, ensuring they are equipped with a strong pipeline of quality leads and well-supported projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and market the Vebro brand and product portfolio to decision-makers across the construction sector
  • Generate specifications through strong relationships with architects, consultants, main contractors, and developers
  • Influence key stakeholders on major commercial, industrial, and refurbishment projects
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with applicators, ensuring they receive steady project opportunities
  • Represent Vebro at industry events, CPDs, and technical presentations to boost brand awareness and trust
  • Track and manage a pipeline of project opportunities using CRM systems
  • Deliver tailored product support and technical guidance from specification through to project completion
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical, marketing, and customer service teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be based in London with in-depth knowledge of the local construction landscape
  • Sales or specification experience in building materials, ideally resin flooring and levelling screeds
  • A strong network of contacts within the architecture, design, and construction communities
  • Energetic, driven, and highly organised with a proactive mindset
  • Confident communicator, capable of delivering impactful presentations and CPDs
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Full UK driving licence
