At Vebro Polymers, 2026 has got off to a strong start.
With continued growth across both our UK and international markets, and the recent addition of the RonaDeck business into the group, we’re expanding our team at our Stanley Green site in Wilmslow.
This growth reflects the way we work. We focus on being responsive, reliable, and easy to do business with, and that starts with having the right people in place.
As a result, we are currently recruiting for two key roles that will play an important part in supporting our next phase of growth.
Role 1: Sales Order Processor / Customer Service Representative
This role sits at the centre of our day-to-day operations.
You will be responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and acting as a key point of contact for customers across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe. Working closely with our sales, production, and logistics teams, you will help ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer sales orders
- Coordinating deliveries with UK and international logistics partners
- Managing export orders (training provided if required)
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing pricing, availability, and delivery updates
- Supporting onboarding of new customers
- Liaising with sales representatives, production teams, and suppliers
- Monitoring stock levels and supporting reporting
- Ensuring smooth order fulfilment from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales order processing and/or customer service
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear communication skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong IT skills, with SAGE experience beneficial
- Logistics or export experience is advantageous but not essential
Role 2: Senior Buyer / Purchasing Manager
This is a hands-on role with real ownership and scope to make an impact.
You will take responsibility for the end-to-end purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies, ensuring production is supported and supply risks are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full purchasing cycle across raw materials, packaging, and site supplies
- Placing and expediting orders to support production timelines
- Building strong supplier relationships and negotiating pricing and lead times
- Developing secondary and contingency supply options
- Supporting forecasting and stock planning
- Resolving supply issues and non-conformances
- Working closely with production and technical teams
- Identifying cost-saving and efficiency improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a Buyer, Senior Buyer, or Purchasing role within manufacturing
- Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
- Experience purchasing raw materials, components, or industrial supplies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good Excel skills and familiarity with ERP or MRP systems
- A proactive, problem-solving approach
