As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for our resin polymers flooring products and services.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our epoxy flooring solutions.
- Developing tailored solutions to meet the specific needs and requirements of our clients.
- Collaborating with our technical team to provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional service.
- 1-2 years knowledge of resin polymer flooring or related products/services (construction chemical) is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
