New Year. New Energy. New Leadership for UK Sales at Vebro
Jon Morris becomes UK Sales Director

As we kick off 2026, Vebro is starting the year exactly how we mean to go on: with momentum, ambition and a strengthened UK sales leadership team ready to turn a year of investment into a year of performance.

We are delighted to announce that, effective immediately, Jon Morris has been promoted to UK Sales Director.

Jon joined Vebro just under two years ago as Head of UK Sales, and in that relatively short time he has made a lasting impact. A genuine breath of fresh air, Jon has played a pivotal role in motivating the team, elevating our culture and, never one to shy away from a challenge, constructively questioning the status quo. In short, he’s helped make Vebro’s sales function sharper, more dynamic and a lot more fun to be part of.

With extensive experience across the UK construction products and seamless resin flooring sector, Jon has held senior sales and marketing roles with several major UK building materials manufacturers prior to joining Vebro in 2024. That breadth of experience, combined with a hands-on leadership style and a deep understanding of our market, makes him ideally placed to lead the next phase of our UK growth.

In his new role, Jon will take responsibility for the entire UK sales, specification and marketing operation. This includes leveraging and strengthening relationships with our existing contractor network, forming new strategic partnerships, generating leads and building a robust project pipeline across the UK’s industrial and commercial sectors.

He will also oversee Vebro’s growing specification service, working closely with architectural practices and design & build firms, while continuing to champion our CPD programme, helping consultants and contractors alike deepen their understanding of resin flooring finishes and screed systems.

Crucially, Jon’s leadership reflects what sets Vebro apart. While many manufacturers focus on supplying product at a price, our ambition is bigger: to deliver a sales service that genuinely helps our partners grow their businesses, supports them through challenges and adds value well beyond the material itself. From new customer acquisition and customer retention to lead generation, specification support and technical expertise, our sales function is designed to be proactive, collaborative and relentlessly focused on long-term success.

Jon will be supported by a strong and growing UK sales team, including Chris Orme, National Sales & Specification Manager, Claire Schofield, Inside Sales Manager, and — joining us today — Michael Cross, Southeast Sales Manager.

Michael will be responsible for developing Vebro’s presence across the South and brings with him a wealth of experience in UK building materials and construction products sales. With a strong technical background and deep industry knowledge, Michael will play a key role in strengthening relationships in and around the capital and supporting our customers with practical, insight-led solutions.

With new leadership, a reinforced sales team and renewed energy across the business, we are excited about what lies ahead. We extend our best wishes to both Jon and Michael in their new roles and look forward to seeing them thrive as we embark on the next chapter.
