Midlock View Holiday Boarding, nestled in the heart of Middlewich in Cheshire, UK, is dedicated to offering exceptional short-term holiday boarding services for beloved canine companions while their owners embark on their own vacations.
Midlock View aims to create a cosy, secure, and enjoyable ‘home-from-home’ environment for these furry friends, offering an experience that mirrors the comforts they are accustomed to. With plush sofas, cozy log burners and even televisions, the goal is to make their stay as comfortable and familiar as possible.

Planning the grand opening in February 2023, Midlock View required a flooring solution that would not only meet their aesthetic requirements but also fulfil practical needs.
The chosen flooring had to possess several key qualities, including vibrant colours to uplift the ambiance, slip-resistant properties to ensure the dogs’ safety and exceptional durability to withstand the daily activities of a boarding facility.
Vebro’s solution
Installed across 220 m2 of the Cheshire boarding kennels in the attractive BS 4800 shade 18E53 Bright Blue, vebrores EP HBC with a customised slip-resistance profile delivered a seamless, easily-cleaned surface that exhibits excellent durability and resistance to scratches.
To achieve the required slip resistance, vebro 54 Alox was scattered between two coats of vebro EP Universal. The addition of this aluminium oxide also adds to the durability of the system, which is critical in an environment subject to the daily wear and tear of paws and claws.
The seamless, chemical resistant finish of vebrores EP HBC means the floor can be easily cleaned and maintained.
Because epoxy flooring repels dust, vebrores EP HBC is hypoallergenic, making it an ideal choice boarding kennels.
