As Vebro continues to enjoy significant growth from its headquarters in Manchester, UK and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, it is with great pleasure that we welcome Lisa Coulthurst to the UK team, as well as announce Kat Fogg’s new role at Vebro Group.
Having joined Vebro’s Customer Services & Sales Order Processing team in March 2024, working out of the company’s Manchester HQ office, Lisa has already become an integral part of the team – a testament to her can-do attitude, ability to hit the ground running and natural affinity for building connections.
Kate Leahy, Customer Services & Sales Order Processing Manager has nothing but positive sentiments to share on Lisa’s first six weeks in her team. “From the get-go, Lisa dove headfirst into her responsibilities, handling customer inquiries with a warmth that resonates through every phone call and email exchange”, said Kate, adding “Whether providing pricing details, ensuring orders are processed promptly or tackling last-minute changes and logistics challenges, Lisa approaches each task with positivity.”
As Lisa continues to grow and evolve in her role, one thing remains constant: her infectious laugh and sunny disposition. This warm personality means Lisa is just as adept at working with our logistics partners as she is with supporting our Sales team and liaising with the production staff at Vebro’s Trafford Park, Manchester manufacturing facility.
With the introduction of Lisa to the company’s Customer Services and Order Processing team in the UK, Kat Fogg has now stepped into the role of Head of Demand Generation.
Now working in the Marketing team, supporting Vebro globally, Kat is responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with end user clients, helping to facilitate the specification of Vebro Polymers’ range of high-performance resin flooring systems and sub-floor screeds in commercial and industrial facilities across the world. Armed with her innate ability to connect with people and a genuine passion for Vebro’s products, Kat is perfectly placed to create connections between end user clients, and Vebro Polymers and its applicator partners.
Kat understands the importance of effective communication and targeted outreach. Her role involves reaching out to end users, architects, and specifiers, showcasing the value and versatility of Vebro materials to ensure the company’s range of specialist polymer flooring systems and screeds are on the radar of decision-makers in the industry.
One of the key aspects of Kat’s role is collaboration. Leveraging strong partnerships with the sales team and applicator partners, she facilitates a seamless transition from lead generation to project implementation. Her ability to coordinate efforts and align strategies ensures that Vebro materials find their way into projects across the globe, making a tangible impact in the industrial and commercial sectors.
