Vebro Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of RonaDeck, bringing one of the most respected brands in resin bound surfacing into the Vebro family.
For more than two decades, RonaDeck has built a strong reputation across the construction and landscaping sectors as a premium choice for external resin bound systems. With roots connected to the long-established Ronacrete manufacturing heritage in the UK, the brand represents decades of expertise in high performance resin technologies and external surfacing solutions.
RonaDeck has become synonymous with quality, reliability and craftsmanship. The brand’s systems have been used on more than 100,000 projects worldwide and are widely specified for driveways, public realm works, landscaping schemes and commercial developments. Alongside its technical reputation, RonaDeck has also been known for its close relationships with installers, distributors and supply partners, reflecting the strong family-run ethos behind the business.

The acquisition brings RonaDeck’s trusted systems and formulations into Vebro’s expanding portfolio of high performance polymer technologies and strengthens the Group’s offering in external resin bound surfacing.
As part of the integration, manufacturing of RonaDeck systems will relocate to Vebro Group’s headquarters in the Northwest of England, with a phased production roll-out across Vebro’s three global manufacturing facilities. This approach will ensure the same trusted formulations and quality standards are maintained while enabling the brand to scale efficiently and reach new international markets.
This move will allow the systems to benefit from Vebro’s manufacturing scale, laboratory testing capabilities and supply chain infrastructure, while positioning the brand for further growth both in the UK and internationally.
Demand for resin bound surfaces continues to grow globally as designers and developers increasingly seek permeable paving solutions that help meet modern drainage regulations and Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) requirements. Resin bound systems are becoming an important part of storm water management strategies on commercial schemes, particularly where durability, permeability and aesthetics are required in equal measure.
By bringing RonaDeck into the Vebro portfolio, the Group is creating a stronger and more comprehensive resin platform that combines complementary products and systems. This expanded offering will provide both existing Vebro and RonaDeck customers with more options, while creating opportunities for cross selling across the combined customer base and strengthening customer reach across our global sales platform.

As part of the acquisition, Alex Osen will join Vebro in the role of Head of Sales – Resin Bound. In this position Alex will take responsibility for product management of the RonaDeck systems as they are integrated into the Vebro portfolio. His role will focus on developing specifications, supporting the existing RonaDeck customer and installer networks, strengthening relationships with supply partners and expanding the export of RonaDeck formulations into international markets.
Alex Osen commented:
“RonaDeck has always stood for quality, innovation and strong relationships with installers and customers. Joining the Vebro Group represents a very exciting next chapter for the brand. Vebro’s strong international sales platform, customer reach and proven marketing expertise make it the ideal environment to grow RonaDeck further.”
“The opportunity to combine our established systems with Vebro’s global manufacturing capabilities and specification network allows us to introduce these trusted resin bound solutions to new markets while continuing to support the installers and partners who have helped build the brand over many years.”
Mark Verinder, CEO of Vebro Group, added:
“RonaDeck is a brand with a rich heritage in resin bound surfacing and an excellent reputation throughout the construction industry. We are proud to welcome it into the Vebro Group and to provide a new home where that legacy can continue to grow.”
“By integrating RonaDeck into our global resin platform and rolling out production across our three manufacturing facilities, we can support the brand’s expansion into international markets while maintaining the quality and reliability it is known for. Bringing together the complementary strengths of both businesses allows us to offer a broader range of solutions to our customers and create new opportunities for growth across the combined portfolio.”
The integration of RonaDeck into the Vebro Group ensures the continuation of the brand’s trusted formulations and high-performance systems while supporting its expansion into new markets. Backed by Vebro’s manufacturing capability, international sales network and marketing expertise, the next chapter for RonaDeck focuses on growth, innovation and delivering premium resin bound solutions to projects worldwide.
