Seamless polymer flooring and deck waterproofing specialist, Vebro Polymers, is delighted to announce exciting new international growth plans, having taken the keys to a new sales and manufacturing facility based in Malaysia – which is on track to open in the new year.
Located on the 700-acre Eco Business Park V (EBP V) development in the Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur, the company’s new Asian headquarters will provide a springboard to introduce Vebro’s products and services into Southeast Asia and neighbouring markets.
The eco-friendly campus – which is the developer’s largest site to date – is located within easy reach of the Malaysian highway network, as well as connected to three major sea and airports enabling resident companies to easily export materials across borders and overseas.
EPB V boasts a comprehensive range of eco-friendly and solar passive features designed to save energy and natural resources as well as reduce the park’s overall carbon footprint. This includes ample green pockets located across the site, heat-reducing louvres and tall windows built into the design of all units alongside a state-of-the-art rainwater harvesting system.
As the park’s newest manufacturing recruit, Vebro will offer a range of seamless, multi-layer, polymer systems designed to provide a protective surface in a wide range of environments subject to some of the most punishing service and traffic conditions, from its new base.
The company’s portfolio includes self-levelling epoxy and polyurethane coatings, food-grade polyurethane concrete, flexible liquid-vinyl systems, fast-cure MMA resins, ESD control floors and seamless luxury terrazzo as well as waterproof car park decking and wearing surfaces.

Vebro systems are specified for use in industrial facilities such as aircraft hangars, food and beverage processing plants, data centres and automotive assembly lines as well as commercial venues including shopping malls, airports, sports stadiums, schools, multi-occupancy office developments and multi-storey car parks.
The company, which was co-founded by Craig Brookes and Mark Verinder in 2019, has grown from strength to strength from its base in the UK, doubling sales revenue year-on-year, acquiring the 35-year old epoxy manufacturing business, PR Epoxy Systems Limited, and more than doubling its workforce since formation.
The company has also quickly established a global presence – having secured exclusive distribution partnerships in several key geographies across the US, mainland Europe and the Middle East as well as having been specified on several international projects.
This latest announcement comes hot on the heels of having recently appointed Renee Paul as Managing Director to head up the company’s Asian operations. Renee has a wealth of experience in the resin flooring and building materials sectors having held similar office for other market-leading construction brands.
Renee was instrumental in the decision to headquarter Vebro in EBP V having been impressed by the location’s cutting-edge infrastructure and commitment to environmental sustainability.
“We are delighted to position our manufacturing plant amongst other high-calibre blue-chip brands already situated in the park. With its cutting-edge environmental credentials and extensive connectivity to major business ports, we are confident that EBP V will provide the perfect location to catapult our products into the market,” said Renee. “Expanding Vebro’s Asian footprint is a key growth driver for 2023, we cannot wait to launch our brand to this fast-growing market and welcome customers and specialist flooring applicators to our new home in the Klang Valley”.
