Vebro Polymers Unveils New Chief Executive Officer alongside Vision 2030 Strategy

As the business prepares to embark on its next phase of growth, Vebro Polymers, a global manufacturer of specialist liquid-applied polymer-based flooring solutions designed for use in high-traffic industrial and commercial environments is excited to share key updates regarding its group management structure.

Effective 1 January 2025, Mark Verinder FCA is to be appointed Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Mark will assume day-to-day leadership of Vebro’s three go-to-market operating platforms located in Europe, India and Southeast Asia, sitting above all functions including operations, fulfilment, sales and marketing.

Mark will be responsible for driving organic growth and service on a global basis as well as delivering Vebro’s strategic vision and expansion plans alongside the company’s senior management team as well as serving on the board of directors for FeRFA, – a third-party association representing the manufacturers, contractors and associated companies involved in the resin flooring sector.

Mark founded Vebro Polymers in 2019 alongside Craig Brookes serving as both Chief Financial and Commercial Officer, where he spearheaded the acquisition of PR Epoxy Systems Ltd in the UK, launched a manufacturing operation in Malaysia and entered a collaborative enterprise with leading stock-market listed construction chemical brand, Thermax, in India.

“I am excited to lead the global team moving forward, strengthening our existing operational platforms in home markets, organically acquiring market share, widening our export distribution network and increasing brand presence in global specifications.”

Prior to launching the company, Mark, who is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant, served in several senior-level executive posts across both the financial and industrial sectors.

Alongside the Group CEO announcement, Vebro has unveiled its Vision-2030 strategy, which will see the brand focus investment across three central pillars: R&D, marketing and fulfilment.

Speaking of the role, Mark said; “A key aspect of our Vison-2030 strategy is aligning skills and fine tuning our service to customer requirements; as such it was important that our operational management structure reflected these same goals.

“I am excited to lead the global team moving forward, strengthening our existing operational platforms in home markets, organically acquiring market share, widening our export distribution network and increasing brand presence in global specifications.”

The brand aims to grow annual global revenue three-fold by the end of 2030.

This comes hand in hand with the news that fellow co-founder of Vebro, Craig Brookes, is to take up the role of Executive Chairman for the Group.

“I truly look forward to the challenge of introducing new technologies, markets and commercial partnerships to our business portfolio.”

In his new role, Craig will sit outside of daily business operations, focussing on projects as well as introducing key commercial partnerships and / or potential M&A targets designed to add incremental value for all stakeholders.

In addition to this, Craig will align the company’s global R&D / product development output to the company’s commercial needs, ensuring that the Vebro offering is highly tuned to local market performance criteria and global sustainability benchmarks.

Commenting on the board re-structure, “As we implement our Vision-2030 strategy, we must explore initiatives to increase brand awareness of Vebro Polymers products and services with the view to adding incremental value to the Group and our customer base.

“I truly look forward to the challenge of introducing new technologies, markets and commercial partnerships to our business portfolio.”
