A big “alright me luvver” to our latest recruit, John Watson, who has joined Vebro Polymers this week in the position of National Sales Manager.
John is our West Country Warrior who, alongside Stephen Jenkins and Robert Gray, is responsible for supporting our existing applicator partners as well as developing new accounts and projects in order to grow sales of Vebro Polymers’ specialist resin-based flooring solutions into industrial and commercial markets across the UK and Ireland.
This is not John’s first rodeo…having originally trained as an engineer, John made the move into the resin and polymeric solutions world close to 10 years ago, working originally with Belzona before moving to Flowcrete UK.
One of John’s career highlights was working with the TPS360 team on the FeRFA award-winning terrazzo project at St Fagans National Museum of History in Cardiff. The historic gallery, which opened in 1948 and chronicles the history of Wales, underwent a £30 million face-lift back in 2017 to mark its 70th anniversary.

Away from work, John is married with two lovely daughters to keep him busy…and when he needs to leave the house for some “me time”, he’ll either be found dressed head-to-toe in leather motorcycling or way up high in the skies paragliding!
Finally, in a move that may leave a bitter taste for Red-loving CEO, Mark Verinder, and fellow National Sales Manager, Stephen Jenkins, John describes his football allegiance as, “Leeds, Leeds, Leeds!”
