For most users, WhatsApp has simply been a messaging app, or a place to celebrate (or commiserate!) the latest score or arrange the next family get-together. But now WhatsApp has launched ‘Channels’ – a feature that allows you to follow people, organisations, sports teams and, most importantly, your favourite resin flooring manufacturer!
