Vebro Polymers UK has today announced that the company is on the move at the end of the year; re-locating to a new, larger hybrid manufacturing and office plot named Argyle House located off Epsom Avenue in Wilmslow.
The brand, which produces seamless, liquid-applied polymer-based floor coating solutions for commercial and industrial premises, says the new site will help boost its current output by close to 200 per cent, and create several new jobs over the coming years.
Situated at the heart of Stanley Green Business Park, Wilmslow, Argyle House comprises two-storey offices to the front elevation and single bay warehouse with double loading doors to the side / rear. The unit is completely self-contained within its own yard and has ample parking and loading / unloading space – all of which is ring fenced with a gated entrance.
This is the start of a new and exciting chapter in Vebro’s story, as we open a brand-new production facility in the UK that will bring all of our manufacturing processes, raw materials and finished goods under one roof, but also serve as a new and permanent base for our valued team members.

Accelerated by growing demand across the UK and Europe for the company’s specialist epoxy, polyurethane and MMA flooring materials; the announcement has been described as “incredibly welcome” by the entire team having outgrown the company’s current location in Trafford Park, Manchester.
Speaking of his decision to re-locate, CFO, CCO and co-founder of Vebro Group, Mark Verinder, shared that the new site will “deliver increased production and new lines as well as testing, training and storage capabilities.”

Ideally located just off the A34, Wilmslow and Handforth Bypass, the new site provides easy access to the North West’s motorway network while Wilmslow and Stockport town centres and Manchester Airport are all within a 10-minute drive.
2024 has been seismic for Vebro on the international front culminating with this much welcome move for our UK business to a larger, purpose-built site following a record year of sales.

Having recently undergone a major refurbishment using modern sustainable building materials throughout, the building has been well equipped for the Vebro team to take occupancy at the end of the month featuring expansive manufacturing space, a state-of-the-art development laboratory, wet demonstration area and lecture / training room.
In addition, the property boasts three meeting spaces, two kitchen / breakout areas alongside a large open plan office and adjacent executive office suites.
“The move to Argyle House has been designed to future-proof the business for the long-term” adds Verinder.
“Additional racking height and physical space (both internal and external) will allow us to more than treble our existing pallet capacity while the addition of new mixers and plant will enable us to green light the production of new product lines”.
The move comes at an exciting time for the growing international brand; having recently entered a new JV partnership in India with the stock-market listed Thermax Chemical Division as well as signed distribution deals in Australia, Philippines and the Middle East.
